Dynamic Plank – Weekly Challenge 003
The main objective from this session is to strengthen your that mid-section while targeting synergistic muscles to help aid in overall core strength. You’ll be using some muscles that aren’t typically activated when doing traditional planks or sit-ups. Instead, your hip flexors, internal & external obliques, and glutes, just to name a few. It’s critical that you use good form and controlled movements throughout. As always, drink plenty of fresh water, and ensure to adequately stretch and warm up before and after your workout. Last tip, try to keep your core engaged during each exercise to really maximize your efforts and rewards. Enjoy!
